    Day 11....Frustrating!! :(

    CW- 165.0

    So after a great 9 days of daily, consistent loss, yesterday I maintained...which was disappointing but has to be expected...to make matters worse today i GAINED. i have stuck religiously to my 700cal limit..even though my cravings are in overdrive right now...fuck!!
    I'm so angry!! and i don't know why because i've done everything right.
    I can see how people just give in when this happens...i'm not going to but still it's a major downer...especially this early on.
    I so don't need this right now...things in my life are getting me down as it is....i NEED this to happen.

    ugh.

    onwards and upwards i guess

    So far so good!
    Feeling really strong & focused but oh my god...all I can think about is food...yesterday it was ben & jerrys ice cream, today it's mcd's oreo mcflurry.
    Plus I am so not with it...I've almost forgotten how crap you feel when you crash diet...but i'm getting results so I really don't care!!
    Just wish i felt more sociable..

    Intake
    golden syrup porridge- 234

    tuna & salad- 120

    THIS is why I like being at work...when i'm off I always always reach my limit....when i work...it's low

    Day 2

    CW: 169.2lbs
    BMI: 24.3

    Another day off work today, great as that is it makes it harder to avoid eating, but i ran for an hour and it was SO hot.
    Feeling majorly sore now though!!
    I've also rediscovered my love of dancing..nothing special I mean just putting my ipod in and dancing around.
    I know that makes me a bit of a loser but i love it so hey :)

    Intake
    cinnamon porridge- 234
    2x s/free red bull- 7
    M&S mini thai wraps- 100
    green beans- 75
    mixed fruit- 65
    soup- 148
    tea w/skimmed milk- 3
    diet cherry coke- 3

    Total- 639 cals

    I'm a little bit obsessed with tea & diet cherry coke right now. YUM.

    seeing those numbers makes me feel awful but I need to do it for motivation
    I haven't been at work today & although those are usually the days I find hard...it actually went well
    Not much in the way of exercise though!!
    Sticking to what I know best...500-700 calorie limit a day :)

    Intake
    Cinnamon porridge- 234 cals
    s/free redbull- 7 cals
    fresh made salad- 100 cals
    2x diet cherry coke- 6 cals
    fruit salad w/yogurt- 79 cals
    2x tea w/skimmed milk- 6 cals

    Total- 432 calories

    Ok lower than I would like but secretly I'm very happy with that
    boring blog but i'm just trying to get back into the swing of things...feeling very positive though!!

  • Time for a comeback

    Wow, I'm shocked at how badly I suck

    But this is my life for the past 10 years...i lose weight...i gain weight...then lose it...then gain it all over again. 1 big vicious cycle.

    Been far too ashamed to come on here

    It looks different!!

    Half of my friends don't blog anymore!! Hopefully they haven't failed like me

    But it's about fresh starts
